Warranty Policy
1.) Warranty claims must be returned to Critical Handpiece Repair for thorough examination.
2.) Warranty claims will not be honored for dropped handpieces, intentionally extending burs or other foreign objects and for not following proper maintenance and sterilization procedures.
3.) All warranty claims must be serviced only by Critical Handpiece Repair within the warranty timeline and must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
